Kitchen Design – Issaquah, WA
Recently I had the opportunity to photograph a kitchen remodel designed by Justine Wiggins at Sound Kitchen and Bath. The space was gorgeous, with wall to ceiling cabinets, paneled fridge and dishwasher, Thermador range, and custom wood work. It had an admirable flow to it and was spacious to ensure a comfortable dinner prep with family.
When Sound Kitchen and Bath reviewed the proofs for selection, they sent one request that I thought I could not meet. They were hoping that one of their favorite images had a composition that showed more of the magnificent hardwood flooring. I knew immediately which image this was and regretfully replied that I was did not capture more of the flooring for this angle. However, I came to find out during the editing process that some of my test shots exhibited more of the hardwood. Eagerly, I took the images straight into Photoshop and was able to pull a rabbit from my hat!
