Elevated Photography
When approaching a property that sits on a slope, it is more than likely impossible to get a proper shot from ground level. This is because when you are photographing at the bottom of a hill you have to point the camera up towards the building causing many issues with the verticals.
By elevating the camera just a few feet can change the view of the exterior dramatically. By getting the perspective of the camera closer to the level of the home, the exterior looks stunning and not distorted. More importantly, an elevated shot can show more features of the home and the surrounding property.
